Trump is moving to shut down

The Trump administration is moving to shut down the « humanitarian aid agency » USAID and the deep state is furious. Why?

Because USAID isn’t really a « humanitarian aid agency » — it’s a covert intelligence arm funding coups, protests & regime change. Here’s a on its worst operations:

2/ Cuba – ZunZuneo (2009-2012)

USAID built a fake Cuban Twitter called ZunZuneo, designed to lure in young users and slowly feed them anti-government content to spark protests.

It was funded in secret through shell companies. The plan collapsed when exposed in 2014.

3/ Venezuela – Funding Regime Change (2000s-Present)

USAID funneled millions to opposition groups trying to overthrow Hugo Chávez & Nicolás Maduro.

It trained activists, bankrolled anti-government media, and was linked to the failed 2002 coup against Chávez.

4/ Ukraine – USAID’s Role in the 2014 Coup

Before Euromaidan, USAID & the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) poured money into opposition groups & media.

Leaked calls showed U.S. officials handpicking Ukraine’s post-coup leaders — this wasn’t about « democracy. »

5/ Bolivia – Expelled for Meddling (2000s-2013)

In 2013, Evo Morales kicked USAID out after catching them funding separatist movements in Bolivia’s richest provinces.

USAID was fueling a breakaway movement to weaken Morales — classic divide-and-rule tactics.

6/ Haiti – Destabilization Through Aid (1980s-Present)

USAID helped overthrow Haiti’s elected leader Jean-Bertrand Aristide in 1991 by backing opposition groups & death squads.

His life was only saved by the intervention of U.S., French and Venezuelan diplomats.

7/Afghanistan – The Aid-Surveillance Complex (2001-2021)

USAID wasn’t just « helping » Afghanistan — it was a front for counterinsurgency operations.

Aid workers mapped communities, collected intelligence, and helped identify Taliban sympathizers for U.S. drone strikes.

Before Pinochet’s CIA-backed coup, USAID pumped millions into media campaigns & opposition groups against Salvador Allende.

They created economic chaos to justify the coup — then backed a brutal dictatorship.

9/ As clearly illustrated, USAID pretends to be about « democracy » and “helping” the world.

But in reality, it was always a covert tool of U.S. power — a front for CIA-backed regime change, election meddling, and civil destabilization disguised as “humanitarian aid.”

10/ America First Foreign Policy

Marco Rubio recently in WSJ: « U.S. foreign policy has long focused on other regions while overlooking our own… That ends now. »

Maybe taxpayer dollars will finally go to fixing America instead of funding foreign coups. Time will tell.
